Ella Bella® Father’s Day Look-Alike Contest —Terms & Conditions

This contest will be moderated on the Ella Bella® Facebook page (www.facebook.com/ellabella), and run from 8 a.m. CST June 2, 2014 through 11:59 p.m. CST June 12, 2014.

Eligibility: To be eligible to enter, the entrant must like the Ella Bella® Facebook page and be a legal resident of the continental United States or Washington, D.C.

How to Enter: To be qualified, an entrant must upload an image of a father and child to the Ella Bella® Facebook wall (www.facebook.com/ellabella) with the caption “Happy Father’s Day”. The image must include this caption and be uploaded to the Ella Bella® Facebook page wall, or it will not be entered in the contest. Multiple entries are permitted. Photos entered may be taken recently or from the past.

Entrant is responsible for obtaining any necessary releases from individuals in the image. Entrants must not submit images that infringe upon the rights of any other photographer or person.

How the Winners are Selected: Three winners will be chosen: one first place and two runner-ups. Photos will be judged on physical likeness between father and child as well as originality. Each entry will be judged by the Ella Bella® brand team, and winners will be chosen on June 13, 2014. The winners will be notified by June 20, 2014 via the Ella Bella® Facebook page, and will have five business days to reply.

The Ella Bella® administrator will contact the chosen winners through a Facebook private message if privacy settings allow, or through public Facebook statuses asking the winner(s) to contact the brand to verify and confirm prizes. If any of the selected winners do not respond within five business days, is found to be ineligible or declines the prize, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected.

The prize will be shipped via FedEx within two weeks of prize confirmation.

Prize: The first prize winner will receive one $25 Amazon Gift Card and one of each six designs of Ella Bella® Photography Backdrop Paper. Two runner-up prizes will be awarded. They will receive one of each six designs of Ella Bella® Photography Backdrop Papers. (Item Numbers for Ella Bella® Photography Backdrop Papers: 2500, 2501, 2502, 2503, 2507 and 2508).
