Ella Bella® Summer Fun Photo Contest —Terms & Conditions

This contest will be moderated on the Ella Bella® Facebook page, and run from 8 a.m. CST September 5, 2014 through 11:59 p.m. CST September 21, 2014.

Eligibility: To be eligible to enter, the entrant must like the Ella Bella Facebook page and be a legal resident of the continental United States or Washington, D.C.

How to Enter: To be qualified, an entrant must upload an image  that captures their favorite summer moment to the Ella Bella Facebook wall (www.facebook.com/ellabella) with the caption “Summer Fun”. There are no date restrictions for when the image was captured. The image must include this caption and be uploaded to the Ella Bella Facebook page wall, or it will not be entered in the contest. Multiple entries per person are permitted, but only one prize per person will be awarded.

Entrant is responsible for obtaining any necessary releases from individuals in the image. Entrants must not submit images that infringe upon the rights of any other photographer or person.

How the Winners are Selected: Three winners will be chosen, one first place and two runner-ups. Photos will be judged on:

• Image Content/Emotion
• Composition
• Lighting
• Overall Quality

Each entry will be judged by the Ella Bella brand team, and winners will be chosen by September 26, 2014. The winners will be notified by September 26, 2014 via the Ella Bella Facebook page. Once all three winners are confirmed, they will be announced on the Ella Bella Facebook page.

The Ella Bella administrator will contact the chosen winners through a Facebook private message if privacy settings allow, or through public Facebook statuses asking the winner(s) to contact the brand to verify and confirm prizes. Any selected winner that does not respond within five business days, is found to be ineligible or declines the prize, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected.

The prizes will be shipped within two weeks of prize confirmation.

Prize: The first prize winner will receive one (1) $50 Hobby Lobby Gift Card and one (1) carton of Ella Bella Photography Backdrop Paper – Assorted Wood and one (1) carton of Ella Bella Photography Backdrop Paper – Assorted Chevron. Two runner-up prizes will be awarded. They will each receive one (1) carton of Ella Bella Photography Backdrop Paper – Assorted Wood and one (1) carton of Ella Bella Photography Backdrop Paper – Assorted Chevron.
