Steps

Using pattern (DivineValentines_Pattern.pdf) trace and cut out two different colors of Pacon® Construction Paper.

Start by weaving first row of one color under and over tabs of second color.

Square up edges of both colors of construction paper.

Continue weaving the remainder of the tabs alternating weaving between under/over and over/under.

Glue under tab edges to hold in place.
