Steps

1. Cut out the shapes you’ll need:

   • 1 Head
   • 2 Ears
   • 1 Spot (or more if desired)
   • 1 Nose
   • 2 Paws (or four, if you'd like to add some back legs)
   • 1 Tail
   • 8 Strips for Body
     • 4 Brown Strips: 2.25" wide x 12" long
     • 4 Black Strips: 2.25" wide x 12" long

   

2. Glue all four Brown strips together to form one long strip, and do the same for the Black strips.

   Then, glue the ends of the Brown and Black strips together at a 90 degree angle.

   

    

3. Fold the strips back and forth over each other to form a spring, and secure the end with glue.

   

    

   

   

4. Make the face by gluing on the pieces to the head.

   

5. Use glue to attach the head, paws and tail to the spring.
